I have had the honor of supporting clients for the last 25 years. With a unique blend of traditional and cutting-edge healing techniques, I help clients charter the challenging waters of their personal and professional lives. I deeply understand each client’s uniqueness and have immersed myself in learning, which goes beyond the traditional “talk” therapy model. I am certified and trained in Family Constellation Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Heartmath, and a variety of other psychological and spiritual practices.
