I embrace a humanistic approach with unconditional positive regard to therapy that is strengths-based through active listening. I prefer to focus on human connection and authenticity, rather than having a transactional type of interaction in a session. I strive to make meaningful connections with people, by creating an environment where we can grow and learn from each other.

Bio

I am currently an intern while working on my Master of Social Work degree. I completed my undergrad in Psychology in 2023 and am excited to be moving into a career where I can connect with people and help people feel seen, while rediscovering their great worth. I’ve lived in Oregon for over 20 years and love rejuvenating my mind and soul out in nature here. My husband and I have raised three children here and have developed deep roots in this community.
